I work at the intersection of political economy, narrative, and complex systems - mostly in fields where formal structures say one thing, but real incentives and informal pressures tell a different story. A lot of my work sits in climate and nature, minerals and supply chains, industrial transitions, governance, and advocacy.

What I do

  • Sense making on political economy and informal systems

  • Narrative and argument development

  • Insight and learning in complex environments

  • Critical minerals, industrial transitions and supply chain governance

  • Influence and advocacy learning

I usually work with civil society and funders, research teams, advocacy organisations, policy groups, businesses and government, and people dealing with system friction.
